RETURNS & FAQ

Products in this shop are made to order and are sold and fulfilled by Fourthwall, Inc., our Merchant of Record. Fourthwall processes payments, produces and ships the items, and handles all order enquiries, cancellations, returns and refunds. Vyasna creates the artwork and sets the prices.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

Every item is made to order, so there is a short window before production starts. Use the link in your order confirmation email to amend or cancel at any point before the item enters production.

Once production has begun, an order can no longer be changed, but your statutory rights below still apply in full.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This applies to ordinary catalogue items — including a change of mind about size or fit.

To withdraw, contact support through the form above with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Return the item unworn and in resaleable condition. The refund is issued by Fourthwall to the payment method you used.

Limited statutory exceptions exist for genuinely personalised or made-to-your-specification goods. Where an exception applies to a particular item, this is disclosed on the product page before you order.

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE ITEM

Consumers in the European Union benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity lasting two years from delivery. If an item arrives with a print error, damage, a misprint, or is otherwise not as described, you are entitled to a remedy at no cost to you — normally a replacement or a refund.

Report it as early as you can. Fourthwall's fast-track resolution process runs within 30 days of delivery; after that a claim still stands under the two-year guarantee, it simply takes longer to work through.

To speed things up, send through the contact form:

- your order number;
- clear photographs of the item laid flat on a well-lit surface;
- one photo showing the fault, and one showing the garment label.

These three things resolve the large majority of cases on the first reply.

DIGITAL WALLPAPERS

Some items include phone wallpapers at no extra charge. The download link is delivered with your order confirmation. The wallpapers are for personal use only; the artwork remains the property of Vyasna and may not be redistributed, resold or used commercially.

If you withdraw from or return an order, please stop using and delete the associated downloads.

If a download link does not work, contact support through the form and it will be reissued.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued by Fourthwall to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank — PayPal balances typically update quickly, card refunds usually take several business days to appear on a statement.

Vyasna does not receive, hold or refund payments and cannot process a refund directly.

PAYMENT METHODS

Fourthwall accepts credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Depending on your location, Klarna, AfterPay and certain local payment methods may also be available at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and other customs charges. At checkout you will see either a pre-collected duty amount or a notice about potential import fees, depending on your location and the items ordered. Where duties are collected at checkout, you will not be charged again on delivery. Where they are not, you are responsible for charges applied on arrival. Nothing on this page limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer. Where anything here conflicts with the consumer law of your country of residence, that law applies.
